一种串联侧三相解耦型统一电能质量控制器

摘要 传统模块化多电平变换器统一电能质量控制器(MMc—uPQc)的串联部分采用单变换
器和三个单相耦合变压器,三个单相耦合变压器在变换器侧成星形联结。该结构使uPQc装置的无
法补偿包含有零序分量的电压暂升/暂降。为此提出了拓扑结构改良的MMC.uPQc以改善uPQC
的电压暂升/暂降能力。新拓扑MMc—uPQc串联部分采用等效串联的双变换器和三个单相耦合变压
器,三个变压器在变换器侧无直接联结,串联部分实现了串联侧的三相解耦。文中分析了新拓扑
MMc.uPOc改善电压暂升/暂降补偿能力和提高系统安全性、可靠性的原理。通过仿真研究,验证
了新拓扑结构MMC.uPQC的正确性。与传统MMC.uPQc相比,新拓扑结构MMc,uPQc可补偿
同时包含正序、负序和零序分量的电压暂升/暂降,并从减小串联变换器交流电流、降低公共直流侧
电压和变换器级的冗余运行三方面可提高系统的安全性和可靠性。所提出的新拓扑结构
MMC.uPOC适用于大功率应用场合。
