Double Data Rate(DDR)interface is a trend of memory interface these years.It presents some challenges for timing closure and post-SDF simulation when designing memory controller as long as the bus width is extended and speed is pushed to higher.This paper will discuss one practice to handle it with static Timing analysis(STA)tool.
