可编程运动控制器在3DP打印中的应用
资料介绍
本文主要研究的是一种彩色3D打印装置的运动控制技术及其实现方法。基于现阶段比较火热的3D打印技术应用领域,本着从生产实践出发,特提出了一种较为便捷,技术门槛并不高的一种技术解决方法,为3D打印技术的实践提出了一种控制解决思路。本设备主要应用的是爱普生的R230彩色打印机一台实现基本的彩色喷墨打印功能,运用可编程直线插补运动控制器PL2303解决运动控制的功能。
The paper mainly studies the motion control technology and implementation of a color 3D printer.Based on the current hot 3D printing technology application field and the production practice,this paper puts forward a kind of technical solution which is more convenient and the technical threshold is not high,and puts forward a control solution for the practice of 3D printing technology.The main application of this equipment is the basic color inkjet printing function of a EPSON's R230 color printer,using the programmable linear interpolation motion controller PL2303 to solve motion control function.
