资料介绍

为有效调整微波电路射频端口VSWR,在微带线旁引入单片式电容匹配,并建立基于金丝键合线互连的调整电路物理模型。提取金丝键合线的并联电容、串联电感、串联电阻等参数,并计算片式电容的容值参数,推导出调整电路的ABCD矩阵,转换为[s]矩阵后,计算s11参数的幅度值,即可得知单片式电容对微波射频端口VSWR的影响。通过调整合适的单片式电容尺寸和单片式电容距射频端口位置,可以改善VSWR值。

In order to adjusting VSWR in microwave circuit RF port,a chip capacitance is introduced next to microstrip line,and a equivalent physical model of bonding interconnection and chip capacitance is ed on this model,the parameters of shunt capacitor,series inductance,series resistor and chip capacitance are n the ABCD matrix of physical model is deduced,and the ABCD matrix transforms[S]ough the amplitude parameter of S11,the effect of chip capacitance on VSWR is VSWR of RF port will be preferable by adjusting the dimension of chip capacitance and the position between chip capacitance and RF port.
