基于UC3854BN的功率因数校正电路研究

为了提高电力电子装置的功率因数以满足国家制定的谐波标准,通常需要在电网与电力电子装置问加入功率因数校正电路。针对Boost型有源功率因数校正(active power factor correction,APFC)电路进行研究。首先分析了Boost型APFC电路的工作原理和UC3854BN的内部结构,并运用Matlab软件对其进行仿真。在仿真的基础上,对基于UC3854BN的APFC电路进行设计,详细介绍了调试步骤,并针对电路中的噪声采取了滤波措施。实验结果论证了仿真的正确性,采用的滤波技术具有良好的抑制效果,电路具有很高的功率因数。

Aiming at improving the power factor of power electronic devices so as to meet the harmonic standard formulated by nation, a PFC circuit is often placed between the grid and power electronic devices. This paper focuses on the study of Boost PFC, which starts with the analysis of Boost active power factor correction (APFC) and the internal structure of UC3854BN, and then simulates the principle of Boost APFC by means of Matlab.
