介绍了TPS40210的工作原理。利用TPS40210设计的高压偏置电路具有动态范围广、低噪声的优点,滤波后输出纹波小于20mVP-P;基于AD590温度传感器,设计了一种自动温度补偿的APD高压偏置电路,并对电路进行了理论分析和实验验证。结果表明,该电路输出能够根据环境温度变化自动调节偏压输出,使APD工作在稳定增益状态。

The operation principle of TPS40210 is introduced. A wide dynamic range and low noise bias voltage circuit is designed based on TPS40210. LC low-pass filters make the output ripple less than 20 m VP-P. The APD temperature compensation circuit is given with AD590, then the theory of this circuit is analyzed and a lot of tests are carried out. The results show that the circuit can automatically adjust the bias voltage output according to the ambient temperature changes, so that APD can work in a steady gain state.
