为了能够实时在线检测移动充电系统的锂电池SOC,防止移动充电系统过度充放电,结合移动充电系统实际工作情况,提出在移动充电系统充放电两种状态下采用新的一种简单、易实现的分阶段算法分别对锂电池进行SOC估算.文中搭建一种新型改进二阶RC等效电路模型,利用最小二乘法理论进行锂电池参数辨识,考虑温度、充电电流和电池寿命SOH等因素对SOC估算的影响,对算法进行参数修正,并设计一种基于Android平台电池荷电状态检测系统,以容量2750mAh的比克三元锂电池为对象,进行HPPC实验,将实验值与仿真数据进行对比验证.结果表明:分阶段修正算法能较好地估算锂电池SOC,同时该检测系统能实时在线对锂电池进行SOC估算,验证了新修正SOC估算算法的可行性和检测系统的正确性,对实际工程应用具有一定的参考价值.

In order to detect the lithium battery SOC of the mobile charging system in real time and prevent the charging and charging system from overcharging and discharging,combined with the actual working condition of the mobile charging system,it is proposed to adopt a new simple and easy to implement in the two states of charging and discharging of the mobile charging system.The phased algorithm performs SOC estimation on the lithium battery.In this paper,a new improved second-order RC equivalent circuit model is built.The least squares theory is used to identify the parameters of lithium battery.The effects of temperature,charging current and battery life SOH on SOC estimation are considered.The algorithm is modified and designed.A battery state detection system based on Android platform,with a 2 750 mAh gram ternary lithium battery as the object,HPPC experiment,the experimental value and simulation data are compared and verified.The results show that the phasecorrected algorithm can estimate the SOC of the lithium battery well,and the detection system can estimate the SOC of the lithium battery in real time,verifying the feasibility of the new modified SOC estimation algorithm and the correctness of the detection system.The application has a certain reference value.
