目前智能电表的招标工作已经经历了近10年,全国约有6亿只电表得到了更换,随着IR46标准在智能电表中的应用,国内绝大多数电表已经完成了智能化的改造。然而同样作为重要的户用计量仪表的流量计（即水表）和热量表,其智能化改造工作才刚刚开始。随着改造工作的进展和需求量的激增,势必带来市场的充分化竞争,而原有分离化设计的水表和热量表方案,其成本已经逐渐不能满足市场的竞争需要,因此如何设计一款集成度更高、成本更低的超声波液体计量So C（System on Chip,芯片级系统）芯片,即将成为市场关注的热点。
