资料介绍

RC振荡器是通过电源或者电流源对电容进行充放电来实现振荡的电路，这种电路一般受温度、工艺以及电源电压的影响较大。因此，本文提出一种新型电流源的RC振荡器设计方案，该方案的主要电路模块都采用自偏置共源共栅级结构，对电源电压有较好的屏蔽性，同时使得输出摆幅很大。另外，电路充放电电流源采用对称电流源，能够精确实现百分之五十的占空比。

RC oscillator is performed by a source or a current source for charging and discharging the capacitor to achieve oscillation circuit, this circuit is generally greatly influenced by temperature, process and supply voltage. Therefore, this paper proposes a new current source RC oscillator design. The main circuit modules of the program have adopted self-biased cascode stage configuration, the power supply voltage has good barrier properties, while al- lowing large output swing. In addition, the charge and discharge current source circuit symmetrical current source, it is possible to achieve precise duty cycle of fifty percent.
