A circuit design plan for measuring micro-capacitance in low power mode is proposed in this s circuit has some prominent features such as low power,small volume,strong anti-interference ability,high resolution and high update basic principle,detailed implementation method and module function of capacitance measurement circuit are surements of dynamic capacitance in 0 to 5 pF show that the circuit has a good can measure micro high precision capacitance,so it has a good application prospect.
