从全新的分数微积分运算角度考察Oustaloup分抗有理逼近问题.以阶频特征函数与相频特征函数为分析的理论基础,从零极对子系统的运算特征入手,根据零极点递进分布情形,定量研究Oustaloup分抗逼近电路系统的的运算特征与逼近性能.使用相对误差函数,逼近带宽,指标,复杂度与逼近效益等工具与参量进行运算性能与逼近效益的定量分析.理论分析结果表明,阶频特征函数与相频特征函数共同表征了分抗逼近电路的运算特征与逼近性能,它们的数学表达式简洁、明了、准确,且Oustaloup分抗有理逼近速度较快、复杂度较低.
