逆变电路输出电压的谐波研究与MATLAB仿真分析

资料介绍

首先采用双重傅立叶级数理论,推导了基于正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)的全桥逆变电路的数学模型,分析了输出电压的谐波分布特征和影响输出电压总谐波畸变率的因素。其次采用MATLAB进行仿真分析,给出输出电压的波形及其频谱图。数学分析与仿真结果表明:在一定载波比下,输出电压总谐波畸变率随着调制度的增大而减小;而在一定调制度下,当载波比大于10以后,载波比的变化对输出电压总谐波畸变率基本无影响。

This paper have got mathematical model of full-bridge inverter circuit based on sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) by using the double Fourier series theory , and analyzed the distribution characteristics of the output voltage harmonics and factors that affect the output voltage total harmonic distortion rate. The output voltage harmonics was simulated by using MATLAB, and the output voltage waveform and its frequency spectrum was showed in this paper. Matical analysis arid simulation results suggest that total harmonic distortion of output voltage decreases with the increase of modulation depth in constant carrier ratio, and when it more than 10, in constant modulation depth carrier wave ratio almost have not effect on output voltage total ...
