资料介绍

针对当前市场上的电路板测试系统不能满足一些公司生产的电路板的测试需求,而采用人工方式进行测试,劳动强度大效率低的情况,提出了一种基于LabVIEW和数据采集卡的电路板自动检测系统设计方案。该系统采用数据采集卡实现信号的采集和控制向量的输出,通过继电器电路和外部接口电路实现测试端的自动选择、激励信号源的自动加载和特殊外部辅助电路的自动接入,利用LabVIEW软件实现对上位机测试系统的开发。实践证明该系统能较好地完成测试任务,提高测试效率。

In present,although there are some test systems for circuit board on the market,they are not meet demand of test about circuit board for some companies.While testing circuit board with high working intensity and coast much adopt artificial ways.For those occasions,this paper puts forward a design proposal of Automatic test system for circuit board based on LabVIEW and Data Acquisition Card.The system gathers signal and outputs digital quantity control signal through data acquisition card.Automatically select test terminal,load excitation signal source and access external circuit though the relay circuit and external interface circuit,and develop the upper test system by LabVIEW.
