设计了一种基于STC89C52单片机控制的宽量程电阻自动测量仪的系统组成结构和功能。该设计根据频率转换法利用NE555、待测电阻构成振荡电路、单片机作为信号处理芯片构成测量电路。该测量仪具有测量精度高、测量范围宽、性能可靠、操作简便、阻值读数直观等优点。
It introduces a system structure and function of a wide-range resistance automatic measuring instrument based on STC89C52 single-chip microcomputer ording to the frequency conversion method,the design uses NE555,the resistance to be measured to form an oscillation circuit,and the single-chip microcomputer as a signal processing chip to form a measurement instrument has the advantages of high measurement accuracy,wide measuring range,reliable performance,easy operation and intuitive reading of resistance.
