本文设计了一种高压隔离开关温度监测的智能系统,整个系统包括硬件和软件两个部分。硬件系统主要分为主控部分、温度采集部分、温度传输部分,软件部分则为温度数据采集部分进行了智能化的软件分析。主控部分采用低功耗单片机STM8L051F3P6,负温度系数热敏电阻NTC来采集温度数据,而数据传输部分用无线射频芯片来完成。对温度采集部分进行软件编程,实现低功耗和预警的功能,以降低系统的功耗。通过该系统的设计,达到对高压隔离开关的温度监测目的。

In this paper,an intelligent temperature monitoring system for high voltage disconnector is designed.The whole system consists of hardware and software.The hardware system is mainly divided into the main control part,the temperature acquisition part and the temperature transmission part,while the software part carries out intelligent software analysis for the temperature data acquisition part.The main control part uses STM8L051F3P6 with low power consumption,NTC with negative temperature coefficient to collect temperature data,and radio frequency chip to complete data transmission.The temperature acquisition part is programmed by software to realize the functions of low power consumption and early warning,so as to reduce the power consumption of the system.Through the design of the system,the temperature monitoring of high voltage disconnector is achieved.
