磷酸铁锂电池组多层混合主动均衡电路设计

资料介绍

针对单体磷酸铁锂电池的不一致性而引起的电池寿命和效率等问题,提出一种基于Buck-Boost和反激式变压器均衡电路相结合的多层混合主动均衡树拓扑结构电路,采用多层双单元直接交互分布式优先均衡的二分法均衡策略,缩短了任意两节单体电池相距较远时的均衡路径,降低了能量在传递过程中的消耗,提高了电池组均衡的效率。采用Matlab/Simulink软件进行仿真结果表明,该均衡电路比传统单层Buck-Boost均衡电路时间缩短了20%,16节磷酸铁锂电池多层混合主动均衡前后的电压差异性减少了88.35%。该均衡结构电路可以快速有效地改善单体电池间的不一致性。

Aiming at the problems of battery life and efficiency caused by the inconsistency of single-cell lithium iron phosphate battery,a multi-layer hybrid active equalization tree topology circuit is proposed in this paper based on the combination of buck-boost and fly back transformer equalization circuit.The multi-layer dual-unit direct interaction distributed priority equalization dichotomy equalization strategy shortens the equalization path when any two cells are far apart,reduces the consumption of energy in the transmission process,and improves the efficiency of battery pack equalization.The simulation is carried out with Matlab/Simulink software.The simulation results show that the equalization circuit is 20%shorter than the traditional single-layer buck-boost equalization circuit,and the voltage difference before and after the multi-layer hybrid active equalization of the 16-cell lithium iron phosphate battery is reduced by 88.35%.The equalization structure circuit can quickly and effectively improve the inconsistency between the cells.
