温度检测是芯片和系统中经常需要的功能,温度检测电路的应用非常广泛。文章详细分析了与温度成正比（PTAT）电压的产生原理,并以此原理为基础设计了一种基于双极工艺的温度检测电路,电路的设计输出电压与温度成正比。通过使用Cadence Spectre仿真工具对电路的功能进行仿真,结果表明该电路在-40℃~120℃内能正常工作,输出的检测电压与温度呈比较精确的正比关系,偏差仅为0.01V。

Temperature detection is a function that chips and systems usually need,and temperature detection circuit is widely er analyzing the principle of generation of PTAT（proportional to absolute temperature） voltage in detail,a temperature detection circuit employing bipolar process is designed based on this principle in this paper,whose proposed output voltage is proportional to circuit is simulated with cadence spectre simulation tool,the result indicate that the circuit operates normally in the temperature range from-40℃ to 120℃,in which the output detection voltage is precisely proportional to temperature,the offset is only 0.01V.
