开关磁阻电机功率电路的设计和保护
资料介绍
开关磁阻电机功率电路的强弱电保护是开关磁阻电机调速系统中的重要组成部分。通过对三相不对称半桥型功率变换器主电路进行分析，设计了开关磁阻电机调速系统过电流、过／欠电压、电力电子部件驱动掉电保护、功率电路看门狗保护等电路，自动判断功率电路过压、过流等故障，并产生相应措施来保护电机。实践证明，该系统能够在恶劣环境中保持长期可靠运行。
The protection measures of power circuit plays an important role in switched reluctance driver （SRD） systems. In this paper, the topology of three-phase asymmetrical half-bridge power circuit is analyzed, and protection circuit is designed to avoid damage caused by the abnormalities such as the over-current, over-voltage/under-voltage, IGBT driver power failure, and controller disorders. Experimental results show that the SRD system runs properly under harsh environment.
