资料介绍

为了解决XDZ-B型信号点灯装置输出电压纹波较大、瞬态冲击电流大以及上电瞬间副灯丝闪烁等问题,设计了一种新型铁路信号机点灯装置。采用TOPSwitch反激励变流器反馈电路和大电流可调电源芯片LM338组成非对称高转换效率双路冗余开关电源,可实现主副灯丝点灯与断丝报警功能。同时,改进了继电器逻辑电路,上电瞬间副灯丝不再闪亮,延长了副灯丝的使用寿命。系统简单可靠、启动冲击电流小、效率高、电压输出稳定、主副灯丝工作正常。

To solve these problems of XDZ-B-type signal lamp drive device, such as heavy output voltage ripple, great instantaneous current, auxiliary filament flicker and so on. A new type of railway signal lamp drive device was designed. TOPSwitch flyback switching power supply feedback circuit and big current adjustable regulator LM338 are used to organize two sets of asymmetric high conversion efficiency redundant power supply. The function of alarm burnout for main and auxiliary filament could be achieved. At the same time the relay logic circuit was redesigned to solve the problem of auxiliary filament flicker and extended the useful life of auxiliary filament.
