一种电池管理系统电压采集电路的优化设计

简要介绍一种电池管理系统电压采集电路的结构和工作原理．对电路进行实际测试。围绕电路输出电压值偏离实际电压值的问题，从信号采样、放大、A／D转换、电源以及PCB布局等环节，分别分析误差的来源，提出相应改善对策。数据表明，优化后的电路电压采样值与实际值误差控制在±2V范围内，能够满足电池管理系统对电压采集模块的设计要求。
The structure and working principle of a voltage acquisition circuit for battery management system areintroduced and the circuit is practically tested. The error sources are analyzed from the aspects of signal samplingand amplifying, A/D converting, power supply and PCB layout and the improvement strategies are proposed. Thedata shows that the error has been decreased in±2V after optimization and the circuit can meet the design demandof voltage acquisition module in battery management system.
