串联锂电池组分层均衡设计

资料介绍

针对现有电感均衡方法,只能在相邻电池间进行均衡且均衡时间较长,采用基于电感和库克电路相结合的均衡方法,设计了一种分层式的锂电池组均衡结构。该分层均衡方法能够在内层单体电池间均衡的同时,与其他层之间进行均衡,从而增多了均衡的路径,缩短了均衡时间。相关的仿真及试验结果表明:设计的分层式锂电池组均衡方法在仿真时间上比传统电感均衡减少20%,且均衡后电压分布更为集中。

The existing inductive equalization method could only be balanced between adjacent cells,and too much equilibrium time was used. In view of such disadvantage,a layered lithium battery pack equilibrium structure was designed via combining the inductive and cuk circuits. The hierarchical balance method was used in the inner cells and also used in other layer cells at the same time,so that the equilibrium path was increased and the equilibrium time was decreased. Relevant simulation and experiment results show that the layered lithium batteries equilibrium method can reduce 20% on time and the voltage distribution is more concentrated compared with the conventional inductive equalization.
