直接数字频率合成技术DDS具有频率分辨力很高、输出频率的相对带宽很宽、频率转换时间极短、频率捷变时相位连续、可产生宽带正交信号、能够输出任意波形、易于实现数字调制等优点。本文分析了DDS的主要杂散来源及对输出频谱的影响,研究了DDS主要的杂散源的抑制措施,用相位抖动注入技术来抑制相位截断误差和抑制幅度量化造成的杂散。

Direct Digital Frequency Synthesis has a series of advantages such as high frequency resolutions, wide relative bandwidth of output frequency, short conversion time, phase continuous when frequency changes quickly, able to produce broadband orthogonal signal, able to output arbitrary waveforms, and easy to realize digital modulation etc. The paper discusses the main spectrum spurious sources and influencing factors of DDS output signals. Then it makes detail descriptions such as analysis of phase truncation error, amplitude quantification error, DAC nonlinear characteristics and errors caused by DAC instant ditch.
