利用C8051F500单片机(以下简称F500)充足的软件和硬件资源,以及自带片上温度和电压传感器的特点,设计了一种基于超声时差法的流量测量电路。电路主要分为三个部分,一是流量测量电路,温度测量电路;二是与计算机连接的通信电路;三是所测数据的数据处理电路。该电路采用单电源供电,以及较低的系统频率,使系统功耗较低。

A flow measurement circuit based on ultrasonic moveout method is designed by using the sufficient software and hardware resources of C8051F500 single chip computer and the characteristics of temperature and voltage sensors on the chip.The circuit is mainly divided into three parts,one is the flow measurement circuit,the other is the temperature measuring circuit,the other is the communication circuit connected with the computer,and the third is the data processing circuit of the measured data.The circuit uses single power supply and low system frequency,which makes the power consumption of the system low.
