结合近几年研制的功率放大器，本文介绍了C波段固态功放偏置电路的设计理论和方法，并从设计原则、扇形线设计、线宽设计和稳定性设计等方面进行了详细描述。利用径向传输线理论对扇形偏置电路进行了理论分析，进而用微波仿真软件对其偏置电路进行优化仿真，给出了仿真结果和电路版图。通过制作并测试放大器，验证了该设计方案的可行性和可靠性，取得了良好的效果。

According to the power amplifier developed these years, this paper introduces the theory and method of bias circuit for the C-band solid power amplifier, and describes the design principle, the sector line design, the linewidth design and the stability in detail. The bias circuit is optimized and simulated by the microwave simulation software. The simulation result and the circuitry is presented afterward. The feasibility and the relia- bility of the design project is validated by making and testing the amplifier, which has the nicer effect.
