资料介绍

利用状态平均法对BUCK电路在CCM和DCM模式下的电路工作状态进行了数学建模。在得出DCM模式下电路性能急剧下降的结论后,进一步分析了影响电路工作点的因素,并对关键因素电感量L的大小最小取值导出了公式。然后,通过PSpice软件对建模结果进行了仿真验证。最后,给出了BUCK电路在设计和使用过程中的一些建议。

This paper used state average method to establish a mathematical model for CCM and DCM mode of BUCK circuit. After getting the conclusion of performance degradation in the DCM mode, further analysis of the factors affecting the circuit working point, furthermore, derived the formula to calculate the minimum value of the key factors inductance L. Then, verified the model result through PSpice simulation. Finally, some suggestions are given for BUCK circuit in the design and use of the process.
