电机驱动器 AM289 技术手册
资料介绍
AM289 is a single-phase full wave motor driver with embedded Hall-effect sensor IC. The one includes
an on-chip high sensitivity hall-effect sensor, a Schmitt trigger to provide switching hysteresis for noise
rejection, a soft-switching circuit to reduce vibration and audible noise of fan, and output driver current
up to 0.16A. The operating voltage range is from 3.0V to 20V.
For safe operation, built-in locked protection function and thermal shutdown function would avoid
over-heat when the rotor is locked. Built-in protection diode could avoid chip reverse power connecting.
Built-in FG signal output could be readout the speed of motor.
