基于ADuC841单片机的激光电源控制电路设计
资料介绍
针对电子式电流互感器高压侧一次转换器的供能问题,设计一种基于ADuC841单片机的反馈式激光电源供能系统,包括激光电源驱动电压的反馈调制、驱动电流的过流监控、散热保护以及各参量的LCD实时显示,实现激光电源稳定输出6mW功率。ADuC841单片机内部集成了A/D、D/A转换器,节省了系统空间,另外,采用PPM光电供能模块,提高了光电转换效率。
In allusion to the energy supply problem of primary converter at electronic current transformer's high-voltage side,a kind of feedback laser power energy supply system was designed based on ADuC841,including feedback voltage modulation and over-flow current monitoring driven by laser power supply,heat dissipation protection and real-time liquid crystal display of each parameter,to realize laser power supply's stable 6 milliwatt power output.Analog-to-digital converter and digital-to-analog converter were integrated in ADuC841,which saved the system space.Besides,the PPM photoelectric energy supply module was adopted to raise photoelectric conversion efficiency.
