一种改进的Z源直流断路器
资料介绍
针对现有Z源直流断路器可控性不足、故障检测能力有限等缺点,提出一种改进的Z源直流断路器拓扑结构。通过串入全控型IGBT元件以增加其外部可控性,采用Z源电容电流作为故障判据以增大其故障检测能力。最后,分析了Z源直流断路器的开关特性,并进行了PSCAD仿真试验,仿真结果与理论分析一致。
To the defects of poor controllability and limited fault identification capability of existing Z-source circuit breaker,an improved Z-source DC circuit breaker topology was presented.The external controllability of Z-source circuit breaker was increased by series fully controlled component IGBT.Z source capacitance current was used as a fault criterion to increase its fault detection capability.Finally,the switching characteristics of Z source DC circuit breaker were analyzed.The PSCAD simulation experiment was carried out and the results of simulation were consistent with the theory analysis.
