介观RLC串联电路在热真空态下的量子效应

在电荷不连续的前提下,利用阻尼谐振子正则量子化方法,实现对介观RLC串联电路的量子化,并在此基础上,研究基于热场动力学(TFD)理论的热真空态下的介观RLC串联电路中电压和电流的量子涨落。结果表明,热真空态下介观RLC串联电路在接通电压源无限短时间间隔后即断开电压源,则电路中电压和电流的平均值和方均值均不为零,即都存在着各自的量子涨落,且影响量子涨落及量子涨落积的因素除介观RLC串联电路中的器件参数外,还应考虑时间与温度因素.

With the premise of charge discontinuity,the quantum of mesoscopic RLC series circuit was realized by using canonical quantization method of damped harmonic oscillator in this paper. Furthermore,the quantum fluctuations of voltage and current in thermal vacuum state based on thermal field dynamics theory were also studied. The results show that average and mean of voltage and current in thermal vacuum state are not zero,which respectively exist quantum fluctuations in the turn-on voltage source infinitely short time interval after disconnecting the voltage source. Meanwhile,the quantum fluctuations and quantum fluctuations plot depend not only on device parameters in the circuit,but also on time and temperature.
