CISPR22等电磁兼容性标准体系的引入,使开关电源设计中必须考虑电磁兼容问题。文章分析了EMI滤波器对PFC电路的影响,给出了各畸变角的表达式。在此基础上,提出了减小THD条件下的EMI滤波器的两条设计原则。文中还深入分析了基于L6563芯片的输入电流畸变的3种补偿方案,并对各方案的补偿效果进行了实验分析。实验结果表明,文中得到的两条EMI滤波器设计原则是合理的,3种补偿方案能够有效的对畸变角进行补偿。

With the introduce of EMC standard system such as CISPR22, in the design of switching mode power supply EMC becomes a problem must be considered. This paper analyzed the influence of EMI filter in design of PFC circuit, the ex pression of distortion angle was given. On the basis of this, two design principles of EMI filter in consideration of reducing THD were proposed. This paper also discussed the compensation methods of input current distortion based on the L6563 chip. Three kinds of compensation methods were introduced, with experimental analysis of the compensation effect of the methods. This results show that, the two principles given in this paper is reasonable, and the compensations are effective.
