设计了一套基于LTC6802-2电池监测芯片的电池组均衡电路,其中主控制器选用飞思卡尔(Freescale)8位微控制器MC9S08DZ60,电路可以完成12路单体电池电压信息的采集,实现对电池组的均衡管理。详述了该均衡电路的硬件和软件设计方案,并在12路串联锂离子电池组上进行了实验,实验结果表明该均衡电路具有均衡效果好、可靠性高等优点。

An equalization cimuit based on the battery monitor chip LTC6802-2 was designed. Freescaie 8-bit micro-controller MC9S08DZ60 was selected as the main control processor. The voltage of cells in battery pack could be acquired and balanced by the circuit. The hardware and software design scheme of the equalization circuit were described. Through the charging experiment on 12 series lithium-ion battery pack, it is showed that the equalization circuit has good balance effect and high reliability.
