资料介绍

针对煤矿大型机电设备存在故障检测和定位困难,维修周期长等问题,通过对故障诊断技术研究现状分析,研究设计基于信号互功率谱的相位检测算法,并研发了基于FPGA和双核控制器的振动监测分站、振动传感器、温度传感器和上位机监控软件等,形成了一套机电设备故障诊断系统。通过现场工业试验,系统运行稳定可靠,能预先判断设备运行状态并给出相应的措施,大大减少了现场检修和维护人员的工作量,提高了煤矿安全生产的效率。

In view of the difficulties in detecting and locating faults of large electromechanical equipment in coal mines,the maintenance cycle is long.By analyzing the research status of fault diagnosis technology,phase detection algorithm based on signal cross-power spectrum is studied and designed.The vibration monitoring sub-station,vibration sensor,temperature sensor and monitoring software based on FPGA and dual-core controller are developed,and a set of fault diagnosis system for electromechanical equipment is formed.Through on-site industrial test,the system runs stably and reliably.It can judge the running state of equipment in advance and give corresponding measures,which greatly reduces the workload of on-site maintenance and maintenance personnel,and improves the efficiency of coal mine safety production.
