This paper analyzes the low temperature failure of gearbox lubrication system of wind turbine,designs a differential control system for gearbox oil pump motor of wind turbine based on MCU,This paper introduces the sensor,hardware circuit,software design and optional external scheme of the system,taking Gamesa 850kW for wind turbine as an example,the application method of this system is introduced.This system can intelligently and differentially control the operation state of gear oil pump motor to ensure the normal operation of gear box lubrication system under low temperature conditions in the north,This system can avoid such situations as starting the wind turbine after the increase of temperature of lubricating oil in windy days in winter,large area tripping of oil pump motor overload,operation of wind turbine with high oil temperature limit load or failure shutdown.This system has the characteristics of high stability,easy to install and operate,intelligent control,low price and so on.it has the promotion application value extremely in the north area.
