基于固态限流器的短路电流快速阻断策略
资料介绍
提出了一种基于LC串联谐振电路的固态短路电流阻断器(LCSRSCB)。在正常模式下,由于谐振结构的配置(电容器和电抗器),对原有线路的影响可以忽略不计;在故障模式下,LCSRSCB的拓扑结构改变为LC振荡整流桥,电网交流电压对电容器进行快速充电,利用电容器电压反向阻断短路电流。为提高阻断器的快速性,采用差动保护检测短路状态。分别进行了仿真、实验,验证了所提方法的有效性。相比于传统的阻断电路,所提策略电路结构简单、响应速度快、元器件过流能力强,非常适合于交流微电网应用。
A solid-state short-circuit current interrupter(LCSRSCB)based on LC series resonance circuit was normal mode,due to the configuration of resonant structure(capacitor and reactor),the influence of the original circuit was fault mode,the topological structure of LCSRSCB was changed to LC oscillator rectifier bridge,and the capacitor was charged rapidly by the power grid AC voltage,and the short-circuit current was blocked by the capacitor voltage order to improve the speed of the interrupter,differential protection was used to detect short-circuit ulation and experiment were carried out to verify the effectiveness of the proposed pared with the traditional blocking circuit,the circuit of the proposed strategy is simple in structure,quick in response and strong in is very suitable for AC micro grid applications.
