本文设计了一种紧凑型宽带移相器,该移相器采用左右对称结构,通过调整施加到变容二极管的电压改变它的电容,使输出波的反射相位变化.通过对反射电路的传输线进行弯折减小了移相器的整体尺寸,同时展宽它的带宽.优化后的移相器尺寸为18×11.2×0.635mm3,结果表明:所设计的移相器在5.51GHz到6.64GHz的工作带宽内S11优于-10dB,最大的插入损耗为1.86dB,当变容二极管的电容在0.18~1.1pF变化时,移相器相位随着电容的变化达到50°.

In this paper,a compact wide-band phase shifter is designed.The phase shifter is left-right symmetrica.The phase of output wave is adjusted by changing the capacitance of the varactor diode which is determined by the voltage applied to it.By bending the transmission line in the reflective circuit the overall size of the phase shifter is reduced.Also,its bandwidth is broadened.The optimized phase shifter has dimensions of 18×11.2×0.635 mm3.The results indicate that the designed phase shifter has aS11 better than-10 dB from 5.51 to 6.64 GHz and the maximum insertion loss is 1.86 dB.When the capacitance of the varactor diode changes in the range of 0.18~1.1 pF,the phase variation of 50°can be obtained.
