加速度计充放电式差分电容测量电路噪声模型

资料介绍

为了估计差分电容测量电路中的噪声影响,并针对高精度加速度计的应用需求,分析了充放电式测量电路的噪声源的影响,建立了电路的噪声模型,得出了电路的等效加速度噪声公式。通过实际测量现有电路,得出开环状态下测量时间差与加速度差的关系,并推导出电路的加速度噪声量级。计算结果表明:在给定电路参数下,充放电法的噪声约为10-6gn量级,比较器噪声对电路噪声性能影响较大,差分电容的共模寄生电容和比较器阈值也会影响电路噪声性能。

In order to estimate the effect of noise on differential capacitance measurement circuit and in response to the needs of high precision accelerometer,analyze on the influence of noise sources in charging/discharging differential capacitance measurement circuit,set up the circuit noise model and equivalent acceleration noise formula of circuit is obtained.By measuring current circuit,the relation between measurement time difference and acceleration difference in open loop state is achieved,the order of magnitude of acceleration noise in circuit is deduced.Calculation results show that with given parameters,order of magnitude of circuit noise is about 10-6 gn.Noise of comparator will obviously affect the circuital noise performance,the common mode parasitic capacitance and threshold of comparator will also affect the circuital noise performance.
