在集成电路专业的教学中,实验教学是培养学生工程实践能力和开拓创新思维的重要方式,是普通高等院校实现面向应用型人才培养目标的关键。基于集成电路专业的基础实验“全定制四位减法器设计”,介绍了集成电路专业实验教学的现状,分析了现阶段实验教学中存在的问题,进而深入探讨如何在实验内容、实验手段等方面开展分层次递进式实验教学形式,推进实验教学在发挥学生主观能动性、提升学生分析和解决问题能力等方面的重要作用,更好地服务于应用型人才培养目标。

In the teaching of integrated circuit specialty, experimental teaching is an important way to train students’ engineering practice ability and develop innovative thinking. This paper takes the experiment of “Design of full custom four-bit Subtractor circuit” as an example to describe the existing problems of experiment teaching for applied talents. It also explores the experimental contents, experimental methods and other aspects to carry out multi-level “progressive” experimental teaching so as to improve the important function of the subjective initiative of students as well as the ability to analyze and solve problems, which is more helpful to the training of applied talents.
