基于广义阻抗变换电路的电阻-频率传感信号的表征

提出了将电阻信号直接转换为频率信号的电路。基于广义阻抗变换(GIC)电路,可以将传感器的电阻转换为等效电感或电容,并形成谐振电路,实现了频率偏移信号对电阻式传感器敏感信号的表征。通过对气体传感器仿真和实测进行对比,分析了高频下的寄生效应并进行修正。通过调节电路参数,增大频率对电阻变化的灵敏度。最后采用商用传感器对甲醛进行实测,结果表明:该传感器可以简便地将电阻变化转换为频率信号,并应用到物联网中进行无线传感。

A circuit which converts the resistive signal directly into frequency signal is presented.Based on the impedance conversion circuit,the resistance of the sensor can be converted into equivalent inductance or capacitance,and the resonant circuit can be formed to realize the characterization of frequency offset signal to the sensitive signal of the resistive sensor.The parasitic effect under high frequency is analyzed and corrected by comparing the sensor simulation with the actual measurement.The sensitivity of frequency to the change of resistance is increased by adjusting the circuit parameters.Finally,commercial sensors are used to measure formaldehyde.The results show that the sensor can simply convert the resistance change into frequency signal,and should be applied to the Internet of things(IoT)for wireless sensing.
