For testing the capacitor＇s quality and work reliability of a certain type of pulse,this paper introduces a charge- discharge experimental method in certain voltage, current and reverse peak voltage, and through in-depth analysis the text concludes a series of formulas for designing the component parameter of R and L in the circuit. Experimental requirements that the pulse capacitor recharging voltage is 10kV, its discharge current is 4kA, its repeatition frequency is adjustable for 6~ 10seconds/time, and required 5 000 cycles tests.
