设计了一种秒表捡定仪的检定系统,该系统主要包括由光敏二极管和触发器组成的光电转换电路及时间间隔测量仪,该系统能较好地解决秒表检定仪机械触头二次动作的时间间隔的高准确度测量问题.经测试结果分析,该系统稳定可靠,其扩展不确定度为0.1 ms（k =2）,完全满足秒表检定仪的检定规程要求.

The thesis designs a kind of photoelectric conversion circuit which is comprised of a photosensitive diode and triggers,appending one time interval measuring instrument to make it a verification system.The system can well solve the problem of the high measurement accuray of the stopwatch verification instrument for mechanical contact two times interval.Through test and analyzing,the system has been relatively stable and reliable,and the expanded uncertainty is 0.1 ms （k =2）,which fully satisfy the requirements of the verification regulation of the stopwatch verification instrument.
