介绍了一种以太网供电接口防护电路的改进。以太网供电接口电路需要进行浪涌测试,根据共模浪涌测试的结果进行电路调试,发现以太网供电接口电路多级防护设计中退耦不足。对电路中的起退耦作用的网络变压器从2种不同的角度进行了理论分析,证明了原先设计中网络变压器无法完成共模浪涌干扰的退耦功能,从而对原先的接口防护电路进行改进,使用共模电感完成退耦功能。最终的测试结果表明,改进后的以太网供电接口防护电路性能良好,可以满足系统的测试要求。

An improvement of PoE interface protection circuit is introduced. The PoE interface protection circuit should pass the surge test. According to the results from common-mode surge test and debugging,the fault is that decoupling of protection circuit is not good enough. The analysis is completed by means of two aspects theoretically, which proves that ethernet transformer can not be the decoupling circuit. The previous circuit is improved and the common-mode choke is used for decoupling. The final test results show that performance of the improved circuit is better and achieves the surge requirement of system level.
