激光成像引信接收电路系统研究

分析了跨阻抗放大器（TIA）电路频率特性和噪声特性。设计了一种基于TIA电路的多路并行接收电路系统，通过PSpice仿真和试验验证，该电路系统具有良好的带宽、阻抗、信噪比等特性及各路串扰小的特点，满足设计使用要求。
Based on the analysis of characteristics of frequency and noise for trans-impedance ampli- fier （TIA） circuit, a multi-channel receive circuit is designed by using trans-impedance amplifier. Valida- ted by PSpice simulation and practical test, this circuit has characteristics of high band, impedance and signal to noise ration, and low infection among each channel, it meets the design requirement.
