资料介绍

基于双极型晶体管的伏安特性，设计了一款可独立工作的欠压保护电路。该电路工作无需依赖外部模块提供的基准电压和偏置电流，有效的增强了模块保护能力和可靠性。使用华润上华CSMCO．5umCMOS工艺完成了电路以及版图设计；对电源电压在3．9至4．3V之间仿真，结果表明电路保护功能正常，并具有90mV（可调）的迟滞功能，可有效防止电源电压不稳定引起的输出信号异常跳动。

Based on the volt ampere characteristics of bipolar transistor, designed an under voltage protecting circuit witch can work independendy.This circuit can work wit_boutextemal bandage voltage reference and bias current , extemal bandage voltage reference and bias current , improved the protectionand reliability.UsingCSMC0.5umCMOStechnology fnished the circuit and layoutdesign; simulatedbetween 3.9-4.3V, the result indicated that protection function properly, and has 90mV （adjustable） hysteresis, can avoid abnormal output coursed by the instable souse voltage.
