资料介绍

This reference design is a temperature sensing solution for IGBT thermal protection in hybrid electric vehicle and electric vehicle (HEV and EV) tractioninverter systems. The solution monitors the IGBT temperature through the NTC thermistor that is integrated inside of the IGBT module and provides thermal shutdown to the IGBT gate drivers once the NTC thermistor temperature rises above the programmed threshold.
