The oscillator is one of the most important and common unit circuits in the digital integrated h both of frequency and CMOS process considered,this study designs a circuit for the CMOS rectangle wave oscillator. This oscillator adopts the standard CMOS circuit,and could provide stable rectangle wave signals. The frequency and pulse width of the output signal can be adjusted.
