Electronic technology developed rapidly in recent to its low power consumption,good anti-interference ability and other prominent advantages,the CMOS integrated circuit has been widely ed on the performance characteristics of the CMOS integrated circuit,this paper introduces how to test the circuit in practice（maintenance） with the multimeter,and introduces an application of composing a three-phase electric failure protection by using a CMOS and NAND gate.
