基于3D打印控制技术的柔性电子打印机出墨头设计

以柔性电子打印机在聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PEt)材料上直写电路作为打印过程,对柔性电子打印机出墨头进行设计,用3D打印控制技术实现对出墨头的运动控制。从传统的数字印刷机的喷墨方式出发,进行功能分解,提炼出墨量稳定和出墨速度可调的功能原理。围绕功能原理进行出墨头设计,试验验证出墨头的实际打印效果。从熔融沉积式(FDM)3D打印机控制技术出发,实现对柔性电子打印机出墨头的平面运动和挤出动作控制。试验表明设计的出墨头可打印柔性电路墨层宽度在117.47~542.28μm,墨层厚度在3.33~13.26μm,用欧姆表测量电路具有导电性能。本设计提出并证明了基于3D打印技术进行柔性电子打印机的研发是可行的。

The flexible electronic printer was used in direct writing circuit on the PET material.Based on this,the ink head of the flexible electronic printer was designed,and the motion control of the ink head was realized by the 3 D printing technology.The function was decomposed according to the inkjet method of the traditional digital printing machine.then,the basic functions of the ink volume stability and the ink discharge speed adjustable were extracted.The ink head design was carried out around the basic function,and the actual ink discharge effect of the ink head was verified by experiments.Starting from the FDM-type 3 D printer control technology,the planar motion and extrusion action control of the ink head of the flexible electronic printer were realized.The results showed that the designed printer can print flexible circuit ink layer width between 117.47μm and 542.28μm,ink layer thickness between 3.33μm and 13.26μm,and flexible circuit has good conductivity measured by ohmmeter.This design proposes and verifies that the development of flexible electronic printers based on 3 D printing technology is feasible.
