W波段接收前端电路设计
资料介绍
该文根据直接检波式接收前端的基本结构,利用HFSS和ADS仿真软件,完成了波导-微带探针转换、低噪声放大器匹配和检波单元的设计,最后完成了一套W波段接收前端的组装与测试,给出了模块输出频响的测试结果。
According to the basic structure of direct-detecting receiving front-end,the paper utilizes coupling simulation of HFSS and ADS to accomplish transition of waveguide to micro-strip probe,match of low noise amplifier and design of detecting unit.Finally,a set of W-band receiving front-end is fabricated and measured,and its output VSWR and frequency response are demonstrated in the paper.
