针对模拟电路通过实测难以形成知识库的问题，构建了模拟电路故障仿真技术的总体架构，研究了spice3f5仿真引擎电路方程构建和求解等关键技术。提出并实现了基于spice3f5的故障仿真方法。为了验证该方法的正确性，采用集成运算放大器、精密电源电路以及与或逻辑电路进行仿真模型建模和电路故障仿真验证。验证结果表明：该方法可以减少仿真时的运算量，提高仿真速度以及故障隔离程度，由此证明了该方法的有效性和实用性。

As the practical measurement indicates that the knowledge base is difficult to form for analog circuit, this paper presents a general concept of analog circuit fault simulation technology, analyzes the key technologies in establishing and solving the simulation engine circuit equation of spice3fS, and proposes a method of failure simulation based on spice3f5. To verify the correctness of the method, the integrated operational amplifier, precision power supply circuit and logic circuit are used for modeling and simulating circuit failures.
