实用型磷酸铁锂电池SOC高准度算法研究

分析了常用动力电池SOC(State of charge)算法在同时保证实用性和准确度两方面的局限性。并利用开路电压(VOC,Voltage of charge)和电池等效电路模型相结合的方法,提出了一种既能保证准确度又具有实用价值的算法。以某公司生产的磷酸铁锂电池为对象进行了电池特性试验。通过大量试验数据综合和计算得出等效电路模型参数值和VOC与电池SOC值的关系。最后建立了离线仿真模型与真实的试验结果进行比对。结果表明该算法在具备实用性的同时满足了准确度的要求。

After some common algorithms for predicting SOC (state of charge) were analyzed for their limit of practicability or accuracy, a new algorithm was put forward which combined the relationship of VOC (voltage of charge) to SOC with the battery equivalent circuit model. Based on lithium iron phosphate batteries, the experiments of charging and discharging batteries were done. Then, the parameters of battery equivalent circuit model and the relationship of VOC to SOC were identified by it. Finally, the two results from the experiment were compared which were estimated by experiments and simulating. The results show that the new algorithm meets both the requirement of practicability and accuracy.
